We take guarding the privacy of the information which you provide when using NAFA seriously. Please read this policy to understand how we will treat the personal information which you give to us. Since this policy may change over time as we modify or expand our service, we suggest that you check back from time to time in order to understand how we treat your information. What personally identifiable information NAFA collects and how it is used:
 
During registration for either the Newsletter or Donations, NAFA collects personal information such as your name, address, email address, zip code and phone number. After providing NAFA with this information, you are no longer anonymous. You never have to answer these questions, and you can decline to provide NAFA with this information at any time. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, you will not be provided with some of the other services dependent upon the collection of such information. We also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.
 
We use the personal information you supply us to enhance the NAFA service and personalize your experience. We may also send you email communications containing information which we think you will find valuable, including information about new products and services offered by NAFA or its partners. It is our policy only to send email to users who give us permission to do so and you may tell us at anytime that you no longer wish to receive such communications.
 
You can always choose whether or not to disclose information through NAFA. If you wish to participate in the NAFA Newsletter and register on NAFA, you must provide certain information.
 
As we note above, NAFA may link you to third parties that we do not control. We strongly encourage you to review the policies of any such third parties to whom you may give personally identifiable information.
 
About children's privacy:
 
NAFA is committed to the safety of our children. Children under 18 may not register or participate in the NAFA Promotions. If children under 18 nonetheless elect to use the NAFA service, they should always ask a parent for permission before sending any information to the site, or sending personal information to anyone online. NAFA will not request or knowingly collect from a child any information online that can be traced to the child, such as an e-mail address, name or information about the child's family. NAFA will not knowingly use personal information from children under age 13 for any marketing or promotional purposes.
